An excellent place for a family stay.

The size of the property was perfect and the location was great.

It would have helped if the description of the property said Townhouse. And it would help if the local parking situation was explained better. And one minor issue with the kitchen was that there were not any oven gloves.

Very well equiped Appartement, good location near the sea, shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants. The house is very clean and comfortable, the agency friendly, helpful and alwyas available if there are any questions. Best option for our family trip :-)

Lovely comfortable house with sea glimpses

Close to the beach ,park and shops loads of bathrooms comfortable beds and light and bright

Traffic was noisy in the front bedroom could do with another armchair in the lounge not enough seating for 7 people the small armchair looks great but wouldn’t want to sit on it to long could do with changing the doors between the kitchen and sunroom bit of an awkward step getting in and out

It was so nice to be able to walk to local pubs and restaurants from the doorstep.

Perfect location for easy access to harbour, quay and shops. A comfortable, modern, well-equipped house.

We were disappointed that there was only one parking space for a house which accomodates 7 people.

A great regatta base.

great location, all bedrooms en suite, good size. we took Avalon as a crew house for Poole regatta and it met the brief perfectly.

On a fairly busy road but has a nice garden to the rear, so not a problem
