Very spacious for a large family, everyone had breathing space. The games room was nice and had some family fun using it.
The only thing I could complain about is some parts of the house need updating, I would expect a better level of detail for the price band. The fact that cleaning is included in the price, it should be far cleaner than it was and every aspect of cleaning looked at better. Saying that it didn't spoil our stay or the facilities, I would just expect better.

The bathrooms were clean, and we especially loved the games room and the garden, which were great additions and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were just a few areas that could be improved. The oven was very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival. The dishwasher rack was broken, which made loading and unloading it quite difficult. The conservatory/patio doors were stiff and didn't open and close properly. It would also have been nice to have a pint of milk on arrival, as we've found this to be a thoughtful touch in many holiday homes. Only four teabags were provided, and we also had to buy additional toilet roll during our stay.
Despite these minor issues, we had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property. With a little more attention to these details, it would be an excellent place to stay.
