Spacious and every room was ensuite.
No welcome book with info on buses, recycling, restaurants etc

Perfect for a large family group.
Only problem we found was if more that one person used a shower at the same time. No hot water.

Stand out features are number of bathrooms and car parking arrangements.
Possibly a little bit out of town if suffer from mobility issues ( we didn’t and walked everywhere)
