The house is in a great location and is very spacious
The ensuites are a real bonus for a large party
It's a great place for large gatherings and very well equipped
It is on a main road so with windows open can be a little noisy
More garden chairs would be perfect
We reported some minor maintenance issues to Matt who was very responsive

We stayed at Cleaveland House for a family get together. 17 people, both kids and adults. The house is enormous and accommodated us all very comfortably. It's in a fab location, smartly furnished. The large rooms, en suites for all, sauna and games room made for a really really comfortable and easy stay
Matt popped round to check everything was ok - he was very friendly and welcoming
Cannot recommend this property highly enough for large groups. I'll be honest - I'd quite like to live there 😂
