Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Master bedroom (kingsize 5ft double bed) with double fitted wardrobes and flatscreen TV. Leads to en-suite bathroom (large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point). Second bedroom (Standard 4ft 6 ins double bed) with fitted wardrobes, flatscreen TV and access to balcony. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. An extremely comfortable 6th floor apartment in a secure and quality building with lovely views of Poole Quay and beyond from all windows. Suntrap balcony. Very well equipped kitchen, movie sized smart TV in lounge and tv's in both bedrooms. Lots of books and bluerays for entertainment. Quiet floor. Very clean with comfortable beds.

Great location and property, well equipped with everything you could need, it’s nicely decorated and a relaxing place to stay however, one thing that did detract from the enjoyment of our stay was the smell from the en-suite bathroom, there is clearly an ongoing issue with this as during our visit a plumber arrived unexpectedly to fix the toilet.

The apartment was just as described, very well cleaned and presented and very comfortable and well equipped, everything you could want for a relaxing break.
The apartment is in an excellent position for the Quay area with lots of places to eat out and plenty to explore, and is a good base for exploring the wider area around Poole, plenty of walks from the door and if you are looking for a beach holiday there are plenty around.
The handover at the start and end of our stay was quick and easy and the staff were very helpful when we realised we had left out tablet in the apartment shortly after we had handed the keys back, many thanks to the person cleaning the apartment who went out of her way to arrive early to return it to us.
A very good holiday and I suspect we will be back.
