POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. Lovely property with plenty of space. Private parking was especially wonderful for being right on the quay! Everything was easy and the price for the property was excellent. One minor request to update the shower head in the master as it didn't work well. Wasn't an issue as we just used the main bathroom for showers.

The accommodation was acceptable.
Some small issues:
Wifi code was not readily accessible.
Extractor fan in bathroom did not work.
Boiler was noisy during the night.

Poppies at the Dolphin Quays was beautiful, very clean and well equipped, we had a few minor issues on the first day, but everything was sorted within an hour, the staff at Quay Holidays were fantastic and so helpful.
The amenities were close and everything's flat making walking easier for my grandparents, I was even able to hire a wheelchair in the town centre. Beautiful rental and friendly locals mad it a fantastic week away. Can't wait to return next year.

Great location! Had everything we needed close by. So nice to stay somewhere and have the entire space to ourselves. Would recommend.
