Spacious hallway to front door. Hall, Lounge / Dining Room with doors to Balcony - views to the harbour and quay. Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (5ft double) En suite (bath with separate shower). 2nd Bedroom (3ft twin beds) Main bathroom (bath and toilet) doors to Balcony from second bedroom with views to the harbour.
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6`6inch).
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - TV in lounge, Broadband - WIFI. TV/DVD units in bedrooms.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, Electric oven / Gas hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

Nice apartment clean and tidy. Balcony overlooking harbour.. Nothing wrong with apartment just a bit expensive , expected luxurious at price. If cheaper would stay again.
