RP facilities were excellent and we did not go off site in the evenings. Ham Common was perfect and very close for dog walking and views. Car parking was good. Everything we needed was provided in the accommodation.
The lounge furniture was a big saggy and uncomfortable. The French windows were poorly fitting and difficult to secure. The ring binder had confidential information in it from a group booking for 2023/4 and the general information was for 2025. However nothing to stop us rebooking on another occasion!

Did not have breakfast.
The main restaurant only did breakfast twice a week. We did have lunch and that was very good.
