The Woodlark

We had a lovely stay at The Woodlark. The caravan was really clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. It felt very homely and calming, which I particularly appreciated. It's clearly well looked after, and you get the feeling the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making it somewhere guests can feel relaxed and at home. We booked last minute and were really pleased with our choice. Just a little heads-up for anyone bringing a dog: although I selected the pet option on Booking.com, it wasn't particularly clear that there was an additional £30 charge. I wasn't bothered by this as I'd half expected there might be an extra fee, but it's worth knowing when booking. We stayed for two nights, and I didn't think to ask whether the charge covered just our stay or a longer period, so it might be worth checking beforehand Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we'd happily return!

Very clean, well appointed and homely. I always book a property with a fire/ heating and it was much needed on a wet windy weekend. Lots of homely touches added.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was clean and warm. Very well thought out.

The location was stunning views across the bay also was very relaxing just what needed after a difficult year caring for my partner who has Alzheimer’s Very quiet also airy and roomy accommodation
