Lift didn't work

Family-friendly, great location, clean and comfortable, excellent communication with host.

No issues, all was very good.

Easy key collection — The lockbox made arrival simple and stress‑free. Tidy, spacious rooms — Clean, comfortable and great for a group stay. Lovely bathroom — Modern, fresh and well‑kept. Well‑equipped kitchen — Bright, practical and pleasant to use. Fantastic playroom — The children adored the space and the books provided. Would happily return — A great stay overall; thank you!

Insufficient toilet roll — 1.5 rolls wasn’t enough for six adults and two children for 2 nights, required extra purchases. Not enough kitchen roll — Supplies ran out quickly. Limited washing‑up liquid — Not enough provided for the stay (1cm in small fairy liquid bottle) No spare bin bags — Made managing rubbish more difficult. No ovenware — Basic cookware would have been very helpful. No broom — A broom would have made cleaning much easier than relying on the dustpan and brush. Windows not soundproof — Outside noise travelled easily. No stepladder or stool — Needed to comfortably reach and close higher windows. Stained kitchen chair — One chair had a heavy stain and couldn’t be used; cleaning or replacing it would improve comfort. Small fixes for a perfect stay — Addressing these points would have made it a 10‑star experience.

It was clean enough, in Westbourne and had enough beds. There was also kitchen towels, sponges and fairy liquid as well as soap in the bathroom.

It’s a mass building of replica apartments. Definitely surrounded by party crowds drawn by the multiple beds. Foundation from girls getting ready on the walls. Mould on the single pane windows. Noisy front door heard on the third floor. Rubbish and broken walls in the entrance, felt a bit sketchy.
