Cooked breakfast although plentiful was a little dry possible due to sitting in the serving dishes. But everything else was spot on.

We would definitely stay again if we visit that area.

Our room overlooked the river and we very much enjoyed seeing the wildlife on the wetland. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything worked well. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was lovely and I ate far too much breakfast!

We would have preferred a shower to the shower over the bath, but it wasn't a big problem

Met out needs perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very welcoming staff. Excellent parking and vehicle charging facilities (an essential for me). Clean warm rooms and an excellent breakfast. Rooms close together as requested. My sister a little disappointed by the audible road noise in her room. The flooded river meant my view was spectacular as if I were surrounded by a lake. I am sure the flooding was much less pleasant for the staff but inspire of exterior mud the entrance and all the hotel areas we moved in were very clean.

Good location. Safe locked gate for cars but gate code too easily accessible to all as left on the top of reception desk which not always manned. Good breakfast let down by the cheep vinegary tomato sauce. Quiet comfortable room.

Our room was comfortable,warm & clean Breakfast was delicious as always with plenty to choose from

My elderly mum was in 119 which was a lovely room but not set out for an older person. The bed was too close to the wall which was a bit difficult to navigate for her. Also the TV was easy to hit with head, that didn’t happen as my mum is short but definitely a hazard. I would suggest a redesign on that room or just a single bed. The room was still comfortable & warm but just not suitable for someone with mobility issues

A very friendly hotel with nice rooms, superb staff and great food.

We had a carvery lunch and it was superb, with plenty of great food, great choice, and even provided gluten-free gravy and yorkshires. We booked in for a night and were delighted. Staff were exceptional and could not do enough for us during our stay. Breakfast was great, again with gluten-free products made available, Room was big, warm and comfortable. Great selection of spirits at the bar, and some good beers as well. Everywhere staff were attentive and very friendly, and always smiling. Such a pleasure. I will definitely be back there soon!..

Bathroom door was difficult to close, and the car park electronic gates took a while to open....thats it!. Loved everything else.

Everything. The hotel is to a very high standard, warm and inviting. Our room was excellent as was our evening meal ( roast beef carvery). We used it as overnight stay prior to flying out on holiday from Bournemouth Airport

Excellent facilities but staff need to be more conscientious about putting orders to the right room

Staff and facilities were excellent. Carvery was very good indeed and breakfast the next morning was equally good and satisfying.

Problem with the bill on departure. The booking included breakfast. Unfortunately even though I had paid for our carvery the previous night in full, I was challenged about it and asked to provide a receipt. There was obviously a mix up and it was eventually resolved but I did take exception and asked what was going on only to be told my food had been put on another room number and when I quoted exactly what we had ate and drank they retracted the statement about additional charges. It didn't set me up well for my day! Lets put it that way!

It was another brilliant stay

We’ve stayed there for the last 3 years when our disabled party have been in competition at the Poole Open Gym Competition. The food is excellent, as is the accommodation. Our party were well looked after by all the staff. A really friendly family hotel and we’ll be back again in 2026
