About this house rental
This is a four story home situated in the quiet suburbs with views that stretch as far as the eye can see. On the first floor there is an open plan lounge and kitchen area with two large rooms each with their own bathroom. This floor has its own private entrance and links with a stair case up to the third floor. The second floor is a separate open plan bachelor flat area with its own private entrance. The third floor has a large lounge and dining area with a great view. There is a kitchen, braai area and deck also with its own entrance. There are three rooms with bathroom on this floor and the fourth room has its own en-suite bathroom. On the fourth floor there is a bar area over looking Table Mountain with two large rooms and bathroom.
