A fantastic stay in the heart of the Durbanville wine region

We loved having the boma and pool!! Also great to grab a good coffee in the morning at the restaurant - friendly staff

The rooms were very warm at night, needed a few extra fans, aircon would have been a bonus! The flies were also a nuisance, maybe a few insect uv lights or fly traps would control them, especially in the kitchen

A fantastic experience

The place is an experience in itself, the views are amazing, the people working there are very kind and they have lots of cute animals. Their deli offers nice brunch for a democratic price. I was travelling with my 90y old grandad and we enjoyed very much the relaxed atmosphere.

Anna Beulah is set outside the city but only 30 minutes from the centre... Beautiful surroundings and a peaceful environment. We could rest there.

My children really wanted to swim but couldn't go to the pool on the property... May open it up for all visitors to the farm.

I'm coming to visit this place again.

We stayed at Misty Views Cottage. Waking up early to watch the sunrise, and talk to the farm animals. They are too cute. Alpacas, donkeys and sheep in our backyard and Jonah the dog who checked up on us ever so often. Such a sweet old dog. It's so calm, so peaceful. Even the little birds came to say hallo. The little shop with their organic produce. Tha staff is the best. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Exploring this working farm was amazing. While there, we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. The place is neat and comfortable. Bigger inside than one expects. There's a jetmaster fireplace and a little braai on the porch. I am definitely visiting again. Perfect place for writers and poets. The fresh air, the bright stars at night, beautiful sunrise and sunset...I am coming again.

Being a working farm, there are flies, which is understandable, but it's not overwhelming or unbearable. And then these little centipedes that you see alot of. It is quite a distance from the shops, so make sure you bring everything you need. It's advisable to have transportation with you.

Not quite what we were expecting

The wood cabin we stayed in is in a nice location with a really great view. Unfortunately a few things went wrong during our stay, which can be seen in the fact that the cabin is quite old and definitely needs maintenance work. For example, the air conditioning unit broke on the second last day of our stay. We also had a few leaky wastewater pipes, and the fridge shelves easily falls out. Also, the gravel roads on this property is in desperate need of some grading! Overall, nothing was a real deal breaker, but if you stay here you will most likely feel that you are not quite getting what you were expecting.

The perfect weekend getaway to unwind in nature.

This was the most idyllic getaway. It feels as if you are really far away from day to day life. The log cabin was perfectly located and peaceful. The cabin kitchen is well stocked and the eating and lounge area are very comfortable. The views from the rooms are beautiful and there is a lovely childrens playground right behind the cabin. There was space for the kids to play and we loved taking a walk to see the animals every day. We arrived on a very cold and windy day and the staff very kindly provided us with extra blankets and wood. It was so appreciated. The staff are incredible helpful and friendly.

We stayed in late August and it was really cold. It would be great if there were thicker blankets on the beds. Hot water bottle are provided but blankets would make the evenings much cozier. There is a fireplace but it is right at the top of the staircase so you can't really sit around it comfortably unfortunately.

The farm is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours which made it very unpleasant. Management went out of there way to ensure that neighbours understood that this is a place where people come to sit down and relax. Enjoy the silence and beauty of the farm but they clearly were there to party with there hubbly and be inconsiderate towards others.

Lovely place with a nice view of the surroudings and animals.

It was lovely staying there. The animals on the farm were very cute. The facilities were great with the washing machine and tumble dryer. Breakfast was not included but water and milk were in the fridge which gives that extra touch.

There were a lot of flies which was very irritating, maybe a fly trap can be put in place.
