Excellent location only 8 minutes from the university and yet it’s quiet and peaceful and feels like a retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 2 of the units. Slept so comfortably. It felt very luxurious, secure and tastefully furnished. The units are well finished and kitted out very well. Beautiful views from some units.

Guinea Fowl had a sensor light outside the bedroom window that kept going on and off

We really enjoyed the place and would definitely make use of it again.

It felt like home. The open-plan (lounge, TV room, and kitchen) was spacious, new, pleasant, clean and well-maintained. The TV worked, and we could watch streamed TV with the AC working well in the lounge area.

Not a complaint, just some recommendations to make it even better. 1. Have an AC in the bedroom. 2. Include a floor towel for the shower entrance 3. We didn't ask to clean the room every day so we didn't get our coffee topped up. 4. Soundproofing between the apartments was not great, and we could clearly hear the neighbours. This was not because they were loud or rowdy. It wasn't excessive or a problem, but noteworthy.

Location

The water pressure was not of the best and the beds where firm but I assume this is because they where brand-new. Not the end of the world but people walking through our yard. Privacy issue if I was getting undressed :-)

Het is een prachtige locatie middenin de wijngaarden. Het is belangrijk dat jezelf boodschappen meeneemt. Het is een prachtig verblijf, mooie grote ruimte en je komt ontzettend tot rust. Wij hebben hier ontzettend kunnen ontspannen en verder geen prikkels. Daarnaast leuke wijnproeverijen in Stellenbosch zelf gedaan
