It took us over two hours to get in. Booking should put a warning that this property is not suitable for old people with limited technical skills and limited access to the internet, as you have to book in on line and then look for a whats app message (which we didn't realise) Still it did give us the opportunity to speak to lots of kind people who tried to help us as we went round town finding the tourist office and a cafe with wifi.

Clean and good location. Overpriced for value received.

I was clean and hygienic.

The bedding is not up to standard for the price. Additionally, the double bed felt tiny for two people. Luxury/comfort is needed for this price and warmth is needed for the Cape Town weather. Quite impersonal accommodation type. Breakfast would have been great, I miss understood the BnB part when booking. The apartment is not serviced, it is charged additionally on a daily basis, and the wet towels are a problem when staying for more than one night. The Wi-Fi is basically non-functional, and the Wi-Fi connection isn't stable enough to use Netflix on the TV.

Stylish, comfortable and well-located

Our apartment was beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, including a full-size dining table, a sofa, two comfortable arm-chairs. The kitchen also had everything - a fridge-freezer, compact dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. We needed to extend our stay and the hosts were very flexible and accommodating. The location was perfect, in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from central Stellenbosch and all the bars, restaurants, shops and galleries. Middedorp wasn't the cheapest place we stayed, but it was certainly the best, and you get what you pay for. We won't have any hesitation in staying again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful, spacious and sunny apartment! Safe parking. Easy check in. Incredible location in a least quiet street and walking distance to the restaurants. Lovely pool area.

Central, clean, well equipped, modern, light and great aircons which we needed. Lots of personal touches like basics in the fridge and pantry were super helpful. Good parking, security and swimming pool patio area.

Apartments with everything you may need for a comfy stay in Stellenbosch

The apartment was clean, appliances were brand new, the bed was very comfortable, the place itself was very calm, the area is beautiful and safe, and everything is quite close (just a couple of blocks to the main comercial / dining area). Ben was very attentive, responding to our questions almost immediately, despite of the festive season, we will definitely stay in this apartment in future travels.

Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 4 und die Wohnung war einfach perfekt, wir konnten in den 5 Nächten uns so richtig gut erholen. Die Lage ist perfekt, ins Zentrum von Stellenbosch hat man 5 Gehminuten. Vor den Zimmern hat es einen grossen Parkplatz, wir fühlten uns auch sehr sicher. Klarer Fall: Eine der besten Unterkünfte, welche wir in Stellenbosch hatten (wenn man zentral gelegen sein will), und wir planen bereits unsere Rückkehr in einem Jahr.

Das Apartment liegt in 5 - 10 Minuten Gehdistanz zum Stadtzentrum von Stellenbosch. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer hübschen und ruhigen Nebenstrasse.

Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Leider ist der kleine Sitzplatz direkt vor dem Parkplatz.

Schöne Apartments im Zentrum von Stellenbosch

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr schön in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten in Zentrum von Stellenbosch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und einwandfrei. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Leider war der Pool nicht sauber. Der Vermieter hat sofort jemanden geschickt als wir ihn angeschrieben haben. Das ging superschnell. Der Pool müsste aber täglich händisch gereinigt werden. Es läuft toujours ein Sauger durch den Pool, der aber nicht gut funktioniert. So war er nicht einladend zum Baden. Das Pool Thema war aber das einzige was unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt hat.

Zeer goede locatie en goed verzorgd.

Bij aankomst was de koelkast en kast gevuld met basiszaken, super dat zie je niet vaak. Mooi, schoon, netjes en ruime appartementen. Alles is aanwezig. Zelfs een wasmachine. Locatie is perfect in centrum Stellenbosch, het chique deel. Vanaf deze locatie kun je heel goed verschillende plaatsen bezoeken of lopend binnen het centrum, met hele goede restaurants of andere bezienswaardigheden of per über iets verder weg.

Er was niets tegengevallen. Het kan savonds flink afkoelen rond deze tijd van het jaar. Vestje mee.

Hochwertiges Apartment in idealer Lage

Sehr schönes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Apartment, alles war blitzsauber! Ben-Carl, unser Host, kommuniziert schnell und direkt… Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten Nur wenige Hundert Meter von der pulsierenden Innenstadt entfernt… …trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße gelegen

Die innerstädtische dichte Bebauung bedingt, dass man aus den Fenstern keine Aussicht hat sondern nur die Hecken der Grundstücksgrenze sieht… Oder die Nachbarbebauung. Der auf den Bildern abgebildete „Balkon“ ist keiner, sondern der „Laubengang“ über den die Apartments im Obergeschoss zugänglich sind… dh die Fenster zum Laubengang sind meist zu und die blickgeschützt. Der Innenhof ist im Grunde ein großer gepflasterter Parkplatz… ideal zum Parken, aber mit der Ausstrahlung eines amerikanischen Motels. Gleiches gilt für den Poolbereich.
