The mattress very poor quality & a double bed. No bedside light on the left pedestal. Pillows not the greatest. Pillow cases too small to fit the larger pillow into. No pillow protectors on the pillows for hygiene. No instructions left on how appliances work or tv. The noise from the neighbourgood hotel opposite the apartment - sitting outside on their patio with a party that went on till well into 4.00 in the morning. I phoned twice as the screaming & shouting was unbearable.

An ideal apartment to rent if it had only the basic necessary items available for guest comforts.

Easy checkin. Good mountain view with balcony as mentioned.

It was advertised as an apartment with aircon, but no aircon at all. Very limited items in the kitchen. No cloth for drying up. Only 1 wall socket plug to handle 2 or 3 electrical items like kettle and toaster. Few working utensils for cooking preparation, for example no serving spoons, only basic cutlery to eat. A washing machine, but no basket or unit to hang clothes for drying. One single dishwasher tab for the entire stay. We only received 1 set of towels for 2 persons. Each time we enquired or requested something, there was a justification or excuse. The contact also advise that it was booking.com who was responsible for false advertising, by indicating aircon. Lastly, one expects at least some salt and pepper in such a unit. International travellers do not really carry an entire kitchen with them when travelling. Most self catering units and many with just a room and a small kitchenette have the basic items like salt, pepper and cloths for cleaning and drying dishes available for guests. We travelled around SA and stayed a few days across the country at various accommodations and some guesthouse self catering units offered more amenities and necessities than the Peak apartment unit where one expected at least the basic necessities for such an advertised holiday accommodation.

OK for a couple of days

Instructions for check in, check out and key collection were very good. The apartment was well set out, bed was comfortable and hot water for the shower was also good.

The air conditioner in the lounge room didn't work. I messaged the host and told them, they said someone would come 'tomorrow' and fix it. No one turned up and by the time i checked out the following day, still no one had fixed the air conditioner. I was disappointed with that. Also - I wish I had been told that there would be 3 tea bags for 3 days available (I would have brought more if i'd known). There was no dish washing liquid, just one tablet for the dish washer. I wasn't going to use a dish washer for such a small amount of dishes, would have been nice to be able to wash dishes properly.

Great location. Pretty much had everything needed for a short stay. Comfortable beds. We’ll set up.

1. No dishwash liquid to wash the small things (there was a dishwasher tab) 2. A second towel rail in the en-suite bathroom would be so helpful - bottom towel does not dry on the vertical rail.

Not very pleasant. Host not at all helpful.

It was convenient and safe. Security w as good.

First it was not a King Size Bed as booked but a double and not comfortable The Room was not clean. There was no Iron. Noise from the next room with TV loud until the early hours of mornings. Host was not too helpful. Had to move to another apartment the next day. Restaurant very expensive. No staff visible during our 4nights.

The location was ideal: 20 minutes to the V&A Waterfront & Table Mountain. The carpark is manned by security 24/7 with one gate that lifts with face ID and a second overnight that’s opened my security. Everything is face ID to get in. This made it feel very dafe. We stayed in a studio with a balcony facing the mountain - this got the afternoon sun which was lovely. The apartment was spacious with lots of storage in both the kitchen and bedroom. Downstairs there’s a coffee shop that opens at 6am. The staff here are lovely & make lovely coffee and sweet treats! There’s another good breakfast spot across the road - The Good Neighbourhood

The bed was very hard; there was no air con; and the balcony door was very stiff to open.

A peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable stay I would definitely book again

really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, and I loved how everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was also perfect close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The check-in process was smooth, and the place felt safe and peaceful throughout my stay

I would like to commend the accommodation staff and security personnel for their exceptional service and heartfelt assistance. Their kindness and professionalism made my experience truly enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The cable wires under the TV were not covered properly, which caused a cluttered and untidy appearance. The cables are exposed and dangling freely, making it look unorganized and potentially causing safety concerns. Proper cable management or using covers would greatly improve the overall look and safety of the area.

It was a beautiful apartment with everything we needed, including workspace for the 2 of us. There is a lovely coffee shop in the building with delicious baked goods. Also, liked the facial recognition access. Very easy and makes for good security.

1. Was not being cleaned for 3 days 2. Did not change towels, only after 3 days 3. There was no Kettle in the unit. Was given one after 2 days 4. Very bad communication with the agent. A wonderful, comfortable, and safe stay with great food and friendly service!

Our stay was amazing! The property and apartment looked exactly as they do online. The restaurant on the ground floor served delicious food, and the security team was both helpful and friendly. We felt completely safe throughout our 11-day stay.

However, the cleaning schedule was a bit confusing. We expected that housekeeping would check in every couple of days, but even after inquiring from the team on our floor, we were advised to contact the hosts, who unfortunately didn’t respond. To our surprise, someone only came to clean right after we checked out, which was disappointing. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back in the future.

Wi-Fi in our room kept losing signal, just needed to sign in again (it wasn’t a big deal). On Saturday morning around 5am there was noise, sounded like someone was on an unsteady treadmill and it was very annoying. We couldn’t get back to sleep

Great for business stays

Stayed here before and love the apartment setup. Spacious and ideal for a work trip. Woolies close buy for easy dinner makes this great. Love the access to the gym on site.

Whilst I was there the fire alarm kept on "tripping" for the building, which based on conversations with some of the residents is a regular thing. Annoying more than anything else.
