Atticus Self Catering Accommodation was well placed for our purposes having to attend a conference in Cape Town City Centre. The Appartment is spacious and well appointed. There were minor issues but credit to the staff, it was quickly sorted out.

The apartment is situated towards the commercial area of Claremont which was not seen in the photographs. We also had very noisy neighbours. Some of the furniture had seen better days.

This is a lovely flat - we were 5 adults and it felt very spacious and comfortable. Nice having the second bathroom. All three bedrooms and the lounge were very light and bright - wonderful view from the lounge/kitchen and we had some good meals around the table there (with Table Mountain in background). The beds are very comfortable, the linen was good, everything was very clean. The location was also very good - nice shops very close-by and the waterfront about 15 minutes drive away. The hosts were also very quick to respond to questions. We really loved our stay here - it felt like a home from home. Thank you!

This is not a problem for most people but the stairs to the apartment were quite steep for my 91 year old father - but not an issue for the rest of us.

The host’s communication was excellent, with clear and concise instructions throughout. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

It should be noted that the apartment overlooks the Buco delivery dock and is situated on the corner of a busy road, which resulted in noticeable road noise. As I’m not accustomed to that level of noise, I found it disruptive, although it may not be an issue for guests who are used to a busier urban environment
