4Bedroom Home in quiet neighbourhood

Location was good

The bedrooms was cold. No additional blankets was left and when I asked the property took 2 days to provide us with only two blankets considering it was a four bed house, the blankets was not enough for everyone. Also I paid an additional amount for cleaning over 5 nights. And I had to ask, beg and chase up with the cleaner and the property team to provide us with dry clean towels. The cleaner that was provided was not helpful and she was uninterested in assisting us with clean towels. She also believed it was my responsibility to remove the wet towels from the line. Even though we were not at the accommodation from the morning till late in the evening. I was quite shocked at the service considering I paid an additional R2000 for a cleaner.

Love the pool area

The main room is very cold because of the door that is broken the kitchen needs more bowls garage can be clean to be used for car parking instead of old cuboards standing in there

The outside barbeque area and garden were great.

Very hot in the bedrooms at night and only one fan in the master bedroom. only gripe.

Beautiful house in a very quiet area with awesome staff. Appreciated the instant communication with the agency anytime I needed assistance they were available.

Missed a couple of big containers for food storage.
