About this villa rental
Situated in prestigious and secure Scott Estate neighborhood, this classic villa boasts four bedrooms, three with views of the ocean, and three bathrooms, two with shower/bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed and small sitting area, and a picture window looking out over the ocean. The other 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, one with and additional single bed. There is also a single bed in an alcove. Thus the house can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.
For those aiming to be productive, 3 of the rooms have desks and there is a quiet work/games room below the sitting room overlooking the pool. Wifi extenders are placed strategically throughout the property and speeds are generally 30up/10down Mbps.
More views are available on the outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast and lunch, sheltered by an extendable awning in the afternoons. Inside, the large wood-floored sitting and dining areas offers evening comfort, along with a fireplace and smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for large meals (try some of the fresh local seafood available in the village), as well as a countertop with stools for quick meals. Other facilities include dishwasher, clothes washing machine and tumble dryer, all new. There is a quiet games or reading/work room downstairs near the pool. Outdoors, enjoy the private swimming pool and the garden, as well as the brick barbeque. Two vehicles can be kept safely in the enclosed garages, which have remote door openers.
