We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The Pods for our writing retreat. Beautiful accommodation, very convenient location, and a very tranquil feel. As a person generally just hopes for a clean space when staying at accommodation, I often don't notice as clean is just clean. BUT, I have to say that these pods are cleaned incredibly professionally to the point where you absolutely notice. The attention to detail in the cleaning is phenomenal.
If I had to pick something, a blind above the bed window would be nice as the mornings were very bright and curtains don't really block out all the light as there was only one roller blind in front of the bed. But really didn't dislike anything!

We had such a lovely stay. Clean, simple, modern place. Staff are very attentive. Overall, a great experience.
It was exactly what we were looking for, so no major dislikes. Some things to note:
1. The shower leaks (something to be aware off and fix before the floor gets damaged).
2. It will be great if there are more blinds. We loved that the pod was so bright during the day, but it was also bright at night which was less of a fun time.

The location and property setting were gorgeous and so relaxing. The Pod itself was beautifully furnished and decorated. We were close to the Farm Village and the Common as well which was a lovely surprise. The check-in process was also smooth and easy. When we realized we had forgotten our hairdryer plug, David immediately assisted us with a smile and saved the day. It was a peaceful stay and we will use the Pods again next time we need a place in Noordhoek.
While the well situated and easy to use fireplace warmed the room up nicely, an extra warm blanket beyond the duvet and throw rug would have been the cherry on top in terms of coziness. If there was one and we missed it, apologies.

The indoor fireplace was a lovely addition to the room and made the space feel extra cosy and inviting.
