Homely, friendly and comfortable

Lovely homey cottage, in a great location near the common and a 10 min walk to the Noordhoek village market. Super friendly and helpful owners and staff. Breakfast brought to our private garden we shared with Otto the tortoise (if you can find him!) was a real highlight

Apart the breakfast, the location and the shower, we did not have a good time

Great location. Very nice breakfast. Lodge with little garden to have the breakfast 👌🏻

We arrived around 14:00 and a gardener gave us the bungalow. He was not sure that it was the good one. No other information. When we enter there was a very strong cleaning chemicals product smells (bleach). We went for a visit around and grab a meal, and when we came back around 19:00 there was no electricity … and nobody at the reception …. neither on the phone. Apart other guest in their room there was absolutely no one to help us. We had a dinner with phone lights and spend the night without electricity and a strong smell. When we left still no power. At least the breakfast served at the lodge was perfect. And for the rest of the equipments : - No wifi access as nobody gave us any info. And nobody to inform - Not usable swimming pool (not clean at all) seems to be abandoned And to be noted that the lodge is located next to horses center. Lot of flies.

Felt like we were given the back room. Not well kept at all. Small no fan or aircon. Ordered our breakfast for 10am at the pool. Breakfast was delivered to our room at 9:30. Asked for poached eggs received fried. No toast had to go to reception and ask for our toast. Won’t even mention the coffee

Sacred mountain lodge

Peaceful Safe Tranquil. Staff are incredibly willing to assist from check in to heater to borrowing a pen. Great for a family getaway. Noodhoek Farm village is walking distance. Also a great venue for a wedding or conference.

Our short stay was most relaxing but was cut short due to a family emergency.

Sacred Mountain is situated in a cosy vintage living residential area. The little stream that welcomes and escorts you from entry road through to our lodge, shared a sense of calm and had the decency to see us off on our exit🥰 Our host, P Sam was very accommodating and opened our cottage with a snuggly warm fire. Tha.k you, our stay was enjoyed.

The close proximity of our .neighbour and the unannounced friendly Housekeeper.

The setting is very pretty, and the location was convenient for what I needed to do.

The bed was not very comfortable, and I was cold. It was also very difficult to check out because I had to leave early but could not find anyone to let me out.

This place is not at all what they advertise. It is a gross misrepresentation of what they advertise. They are not a spa and no where close to the beach and the accommodation is a converted servants quarters. They have not even a bottle of water to drink. The website and the post they have advertised completely misleading. It’s an overpriced scam to your subscribers

Lovely. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I got to play with some adorable doggies.

The room was very hot. Which I know is NOT the fault of the establishment, but the addition of a freestanding or ceiling fan might improve things greatly.

Not really enjoyable as the features we expected were not available and we were not aware of this

We didn't like that the hot tub out of use and the wellness area is no longer available. I also didn't like that when I was double charged for the room the money was sent via eft but was not special cleared and I am still waiting on the funds to reflect.

The accomodation was clearly a poorly renovated out building. The bathroom was dingy, cramped and dirty. No hot water at the basin. Weeds were growing through the walls. The kitchen was poorly equipped, old and shabby. The beds were comfortable but too small for my tall frame,
