The staff at breakfast were not very professional as there were many guests there and I had my breakfast way before my husband in which she got his order incorrect! So that was a let down sadly 😔

Pleasant and confortable getaway

We were blessed to have our stay upgraded and enjoyed the big size bed. Can't express my gratitude enough for this gesture. Staff is super friendly, the location is perfect for a weekend getaway. Accessible via Uber so it was very convenient for us.

Both pools need better maintenance and cleaning. Maybe revising the curtains to block sunlight since the room got super bright at dawn. (including the bathroom section) We were unlucky to stumble upon a loud couple next door on our last night but it's not the staff's fault by any means. For this I can suggest revising the walls/isolation which appear to be too thin since you can hear all the conversations between the Magnolia Suite and the Aura room.

The whole place felt plush and comfortable. We had a relaxed and restful stay. Highly recommend it.

We booked two bedrooms. They were beautifully decorated and beds were so comfy for a good nights sleep. We were lucky to have the whole of the upstairs to ourselves as no one had booked the other rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room also beautifully decorated.

The light in the bathrooms were a bit dim.

The staff are very friendly and always very helpful. Location is perfect, central to all shops and main attractions. I always enjoy my stay at Lismore. The host is always accommodating to my needs. Thank you, Sarnia, and team.

Absolutely amazing .

The area is a nice quieter area. But the best thing was the property it’s self. You can see the owner loves what they do not only to make money. It was a wooow for me,inside and outside. Our room topped everything,Orchid, 👌👌. Very clean. It’s a 5 star guests house:). Breakfast was nice too.

Perfect place for business travel

The property was extremely clean and stunning. The photos really dont do this place justice. The staff welcomed you with a smile. The room was amazing with a really comfortable bed and linen. The breakfast was delish too. Perfect stay for those on business and if you plan to go as a family its perfect too.

Avoid this hotel Very Disappointing – Misleading and Unprofessional Experience

I booked a Deluxe King Room based on the photos and description on Booking.com, which showed a modern, luxurious room. However, I was given a standard, outdated room that looked nothing like the one I booked — it was basic, old room and old furniture and clearly not what I paid for. The receptionist was rude during check-in. She quickly showed me to the room, said she would return with information and the WiFi password, but never came back. I had to walk around the hotel looking for her, only to find her laughing and chatting with her colleagues in another room. Completely unprofessional. I also sent a message to the hotel to complain and ask to change rooms, but they ignored me and never replied. This hotel is misleading and lacks basic customer service. Don’t be fooled by the photos — you may not get what you booked, and no one will care to help you. I don’t recommend staying here.

Not great

I arrived at the property and there was no one to receive me. When I attempted to check in, they had no record of my booking, despite having previously confirmed it via messages. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy, and the porch light was not functioning. I requested an invoice three weeks ago; they assured me it would be sent the same day, but I have yet to receive it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Very misleading & disappointing waste of time as had to seek alternative

Checked out after 1 night had booked for 4nts

Misrepresented by the pictures & confirmation. 1. Property that was booked was 2 on Lismore - picture shows exterior house view very modern but this is 4 Lismore!! It looks like No 2 signed on it though? When we arrived we could see that this was No4. No2 is much more dated. Be careful!! 2. No Air conditioning as per confirmation. They provided noisy fans instead. 3. Could not use 2 swimming pools as advertised. No 4 on Lismore has the nice swimming pool & we were told we couldn’t use it! 4. Kids play area, tired view of this from our room & couldn’t see any loungers by the small swim pool. 5. Assumed 2 bedrooms would be in master house as per pics. No 2 separate units not in the same building. 6. Flood lighting through glass front door meant lack of sleep - assuming flood lighting for security. 7. Next to a main road. Traffic noise but had to sleep with window open because too hot.

Great B&B in Tokai

I have been trying to find a good B&B in the area and I have now found it! I booked again for next week. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. The beds are comfortable, the TV works, the shower is good. Breakfast is good and I get the idea that you can order anything and the team will make it.

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay, we loved the rooms, cleanliness and we felt safe, the environment and proximity to nice shops and restaurants.

The sink in the kitchenette didn't work and the lady we asked gladly told us to use bathroom water. Luckily we didn't need to use a lot of dishes because we ate out. But taking plates and cups/glasses to wash in the bath is something I am personally uncomfortable with and unexpected in a nice place like that. I would still give it a 5 star but that small thing shouldn't be allowed to happen.

The rooms were so clean , the lady that met me at the door was so kind she assisted me up to my room and made me feel really comfortable at the property i 10/10 recommend it for anybody travelling alone or with company.
