Facilities, location, comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
Waiting 15 minutes for someone to let me in on my arrival, despite my informing of arrival time. Nobody at reception. No apology from management.
No information about parking possibilities if I returned late evening and found parking area full.
Shower cubicle needs a door. Water ends up on floor, despite efforts to avoid this.
