Cleanliness, comfortable beds (although high for elderly folk to climb up onto), well maintained, desk and couch in bedroom was very helpful. Afternoon treats and new biscuits every day were nice touches. Perfect for shorter term stay.

An airfryer in the kitchen would have been really useful! Toaster and microwave only are very limiting if eating in. Also shared fridge is small for sharing with 4 other rooms. A washing machine for clothes would also have been a great addition. No indoor table and chairs for eating - in the cold wet winters this would have been great. The above makes the accommodation limiting for longer term stays.

The cleanliness and the serenity. Located in a very clean, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Close proximity to facilities.

Nothing really

I loved the room decor, the bed was very comfortable, the bed linen was a high quality. The host was friendly and welcoming. Feels like a home away from home. Beautiful garden and mountain view. Good to sit on the little patio and have a coffee or wine. Enjoyed the capaccino machine and the cake/biscuits. I would definetely recommend this gem to friends and family. Good kitchen facilities.

Sometimes the noise from the kitchen bothered me from other guests. The cootage I was in, was next to the kitchen but on the whole it was peaceful and tranquil. The bathroom door and the shower door are a bit too close together, perhaps installing a sliding door would work better otherwise great shower. I would add a desk lamp just a suggestion.
