The staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, and facilities were clean. The double deluxe room was perfect. Location is ideal for access to Hout Bay, Llandudno, Constantia, and into the atlantic seaboard and waterfront.

The family suite (our only constructive comment) - needs to be more private, as you need to leave the bedroom to access the bathroom, and the passage is not private / not closed off from another guest room.

Not much apart from the long suffering staff members.

The bathrooms are shared and not private. As in hostel style public bathrooms and not en suite. High risk for female travellers - please be wary if you value your security and safety. Not much parking. Isolated suburban location that is too far from main shopping and tourist attractions. Wholly underwhelming and coupled with the grumpy host and bare minimum accommodation this cannot be recommended.

Lovely situated beautiful neighbourhood just 5 minutes driving to Hout Bay Beach and 10 minute from Constantia Wine Valley.

I have bad luck with some noisy customers around my room start music & loud talking from 5 AM but not really a property issue but night receptionist should pay more attention.

Beautiful and Tranquil

The property is at the end of the town, this makes it a very quiet and tranquil place. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Claudia is a great host.

Peace and Tranquility

As a couple, we both have our busy work lives, and to come to a place of tranquility, was such a blessed stay. The sounds of nature, and, being able to have a 360 view of the area, made me realise that we have a beautiful country to be visited and celebrated. If you're looking to get away from the buzz to find peace and quiet, this is the one. Besides the majestic views, we could enjoy God's blessings of peace and tranquility, and being able to fellowship in these surroundings, had been a blessed encounter. The owners Claudia and Peter, are amazing and friendly hosts. The two ladies for housekeeping and also been preparing the feast for breakfast, outdid themselves. Blessings to all at the villa. We were offered another house which was not shown on the booking.com website, we had no choice but to take it because most of the places were fully booked due to the volume of people coming in for the Two Ocean Marathon.

Un pleasent stay in Villa Livadia

The house was beautiful from the outside.

The accommodation was unsafe for a family with a teenage daughter, and the kitchen facility, as shown in the advert, was not open. Due to sharing beverages with other guests by the time we had the time to have tee, it was already finished. Breakfast was also not good. And we left 2 days before our depature date. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but only stayed 1. I requested the owner to call me, but she did not.

Delightful.

The property is exactly as advertised, a lovely quiet place The host is so welcoming and patient. Absolutely loved her service along with the rest of the staff.

As it was my first time visiting Capetown, I found it a bit far from tourist attraction areas, such as the Waterfront, camps bay, CBD etc. but besides that, I would definitely consider revisiting it again if I need a quite place to relax.
