This villa is totally worthy of a top 5 star rating all round. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views and positioned perfectly for Hout bay, only a few minutes downhill walk to the beach amenities and on a peaceful cul-de-sac setting. Plenty of parking space behind the secure gated villa entrance.
The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished and cleaned every day, fresh towels daily and fresh bedding a couple of times a week, amazing!
The staff were so friendly, they felt like family after 2 weeks here. Thanks are also given for letting us stay a little longer due to the airspace closures and needing to reroute our return flights at short notice.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, and facilities were clean. The double deluxe room was perfect. Location is ideal for access to Hout Bay, Llandudno, Constantia, and into the atlantic seaboard and waterfront.
The family suite (our only constructive comment) - needs to be more private, as you need to leave the bedroom to access the bathroom, and the passage is not private / not closed off from another guest room.

The bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff tried their best.
Location. Room unsuitable had to change three times until we found one that was the best of the three.
