There weren't any dish rags to clean if you messed. The Dstv did not work, but it gave me time to enjoy other things

The room was modern and spacious.
I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. I specifically paid extra to book a King room, but upon arrival I was assigned a Queen room instead. This room was noticeably smaller, with a smaller bed, and did not match what I had booked or paid for. As someone used to sleeping on a King-size extra-length bed, this made the night quite uncomfortable and I did not sleep well.
Additionally, the property advertises a hot tub, which was one of the reasons I chose to book here. However, there was only a standard bathtub. There is a significant difference between a hot tub and a bathtub, and this feels like false advertising that should be corrected immediately.
I contacted the manager the following morning to raise these concerns, but unfortunately received no meaningful response. No explanation, refund, or goodwill gesture was offered.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again.
