Hotel staff was extremely welcoming and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Cape Town. This will be my forever hotel stay whenever I visit rooms are clean. Staff is courteous . A home away from home. This place really shocked us how beautiful it was. The rooms so well done and staff very attentive. Bed was comfortable and everything very clean. Breakfast was fresh and lovely. Would definitely recomend this place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy being in a quieter area with top notch service but close enough to things. Lots of local vinyards and easy to walk and taxi around.

Really nice property in a good location. Pool is excellent with great views of table mountain and the cape. Staff very friendly and helped arrange safari with transfer and hire car delivery. Close to Simon's town Borders penguin beech and the gardens ♥️

The staff at Nova Constantia were awesome. Coco was very welcoming, warm and funny. The ladies preparing and serving breakfast were incredible. The house - calling it a hotel does it a disservice - is beautiful. The rooms warm and inviting, and it really felt like being at a home away from home.

Great place in wonderful and quiet area. Superb service paired with high comfort. Absolutely recommended. Great wineries with excellent restaurants near by. Several beaches close by. Ideal for trips to Simons Town and Cape point. Kirstenbosch is super close. Tokai park is great for mountain biking or hiking. Good chance to see Baboons.

Truly one of my best stays ever. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, the huge bed super comfortable, and the double shower heads is a bonus for couples, huge comfortable bed, free-standing bath, private little patio. Delicious breakfasts!

We spent the last night of our holiday in South Africa at the Nova Constantia and it was the highlight of our trip. From the moment Lee greeted us and offered us welcome drinks to the moment we left we had a fabulous time. The hotel is a gem in a wonderful peaceful location in the heart of the Constantia wine area. The gardens and pool are lovely and the rooms very smart with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. But the best thing was the service. Lee’s recommendations for meals and activities were spot on - dinner at Buitenverwachting (Ceasar salad starter!), fantastic eggs royale for breakfast, a wonderful hike around Silvermine Dam and lunch at Constantia Glen. There were delays to the Uber service collecting us from dinner so Lee came and collected us himself. As our room wasn’t needed immediately he also allowed us use of it until our 5pm departure to the airport.I have travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels but never have I experienced such wonderful service. When we return to South Africa I shall make sure to book a longer stay at Nova Constantia Residence.

Nova Constantia is a little oasis of calm, with delicious breakfasts, beautiful gardens and an inviting pool. The family room is spacious with two double beds, each in an alcove, allowing privacy. And we really appreciated all of the tips from the manager.

Great stay here shame it was only for 1 night. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed it- the place was clean, well decorated and inviting when we arrived. We were greeted by Lee who offered us a welcome drink when we arrived (which was a lovely touch) as we got checked in while sitting in the beautiful garden. Our luggage was taken straight to the room. The room was nice and spacious with views of the pool. There were his and hers sinks and a walk in shower and bath which was lovely. The bed was also very comfy.They had a minibar, lovely toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, safe, desk, TV.The morning we left we got up after breakfast was finished and Lee and his team went above and beyond to provide us with something to eat on our journey. The place is lovely and the staff make it all the better.Cant wait for our next visit.

Hannah and Georgina were simply fantastic! My experience of 5- or 4-star hotels is that the staff is generally snooty or condescending. I did not experience any of this "attitude" with the staff of Nova Constantia. I plan to return with friends and family!

It is not my first stay in this hotel and I can see the level is no less good than I visited it first time. Lovely and cozy place in the midst of Constantia,surrounded beautiful landscapes.

We had to leave very early on the last morning and were told to just treat the place as home and help ourselves to breakfast as they didnt want us to leave hungry.There are lots of vineyards nearby and great views of the mountains from the rooms. The hotel is located a short drive out of Cape Town centre so is a quieter more relaxing place to chill out. I was at a conference nearby so didnt have much chance to explore the grounds but the pool area and cosy bar / lounge looked great. The whole place had a really relaxed vibe to it and is well worth a visit. Definitely recommended. We cant wait to go back. Thanks Edita and the team!

We stayed for 12 nights and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Comfortable rooms with modern facilities, excellent breakfast selection (cooked to order), and free unlimited WiFi. Extremely helpful and courteous staff that strikes the perfect balance between being personable and giving space and privacy as desired by their guests. A special "Thank You" to Lee, the General Manager, who is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us out with event and tour bookings on several occasions.

This is a wonderful hotel situated in Constantia. It is close to the oldest vineyards in South Africa and it is like living in mini Napa Valley but much greater value. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are fabulous. Check out the hotel web site.

As a North American traveler, I am used to the standard 4-5 star hotels of the world, but I came across this place and thought I would give it a try. I have to say I was VERY pleased and look forward to ditching the standard hotels again in the future. Very comfortable beds, plenty of room, internet is very fast and free ( important) and the staff are extremely accommodating and courteous

Excellent hotel and very hospitable and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfasts. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. However, a car is really a necessity if you stay here so you can get around the local area, visit Cape Town and all the local tourist attractions.
