Everything about Paradiso was perfect. Our originally booked property let us down badly; we found Paradiso at the last minute, and we are so glad we did.
Melody and Kim are the perfect hosts; the property is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are gorgeous, with a big, comfy bed and fresh, lovely linen. There is also a big lounge for guests to use.
My husband said the cooked breakfasts were the best he had in Cape Town, better than the ones we had out. We had breakfast outside by the pool each morning.
We love the area, safe, residential, and easy to get to and from. We will definitely book next time we need accommodation in Cape Town. Mostly, I feel like we have made friends for life with Melody and Kim.
There was nothing negative about this property.

What a wonderful stay, the location is beutiful, the pool and garden breath taking. The host and staff was amazing and accommodating. And the breakfast was also lovely. 10 out 10, we will be back.

I travelled to Cape Town to attend a regional conference and was looking for a quiet, comfortable environment where I could work during my free time. Paradiso Guest House & Self-Catering Cottage, managed by Melody and her daughter, was exactly the right choice for me.
The guest house is exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms and strong, reliable Wi-Fi — which was very important for my work. The atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for both rest and productivity.
Throughout my stay, Melody was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, regularly checking in to ensure that I was comfortable. Her warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and a perfect start to the day.
I highly recommend Paradiso to anyone visiting Cape Town, whether for business or leisure. It offers comfort, tranquility, and genuine hospitality.

The rooms were very clean and spacious , with a fully equipped kitchen and located close to the shops. There are braai facilities and a lovely garden setting with a beautiful mountain view.
We enjoyed an excellent stay.
