Value for money...the comfy beds...the pressure in the shower was awesome.the tv channels were sufficient.the facial recognition checkpoints made us feel safe.place was clean.parking was good.
The fact that we could not enjoy the coffee machine as there were no pods and not enough sugar.the cleaner was not helpful at all.the door key safe is not user friendly and the batteries were failing.the rooftop was a mess with standing water everywhere,so the pool access was restricted.

Great location, awesome coffee shop, very comfortable
Could do with more hooks to hang towels and gowns on.

Security and cleaning staff most helpful. Beds very comfortable. Apartment layout and outside space good.
Staff very noisy in corridor. Equipment nominal - no chairs in bedrooms; cutlery and crockery deficit made dishwashing every day necessary (your cost and our frustration); reception staff most unhelpful. No curtains in lounge so the room was completely visible from the street, especially after dark although the blinds did give nominal privacy during the day.
