Location bordering the Table Mountain Reserve is great. Garden beautiful. Therapies and hairdresser on site. Room was good but cold due to lack of sun - position of this particualr room.
Did move in order to have option of a bath. But this was done in goodwill, as my booking had actually covered shower only. Very obliging of them.

The accomodation was adequate with braai area and spacious gardens
No serviced reception area to assist with issues. we were created by the manager / owner who left with his family for the weekend. Our units electricity tripped and Ben at the property tried his best to repair it however after returning from our evening out around 11pm we had no electricity with a note offering to move us and to please only get as app his number. we opted to sleep and contact him in the morning as it was late. In the morning we tried to contact the number listed for the property - no answer - we what’s apped Ben - no answer. The complaint from our side is that with a property with a number of units there should be someone there to assist or be able to call to assist. The property is in the hospitality industry however there is no real service ethic and this should be addressed. There should be a number with an accessible , competent staff member to assist the guests immediately. They are in the hospitality industry?
