A very comfortable, convenient cottage in Hout Bay. It had everything you need for those not expecting 5-star service at this great price. The temporary property manager, Dorota was a remarkable added value...she has an extraordinary personality and an attractive appearance.
Only extremely frustrated people will write about the imagined inconveniences of this place.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ruhige, sichere Lage und tolle Ausstattung. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Wir sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und das schöne Ambiente des Hauses genossen. Die Lage war für unseren Urlaub perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Empfang und Service durch Sam verlief reibungslos perfekt und sehr sympathisch. Am frühen Morgen den ersten Kaffee auf der Terrasse mit dieser Natur umgeben… traumhaft schön.
Zwei man beachten sollte… Das Haus ist hellhörig und im oberen Schlafbereich ist die Toilette ohne Tür … in einem sehr schön gestaltetem offenem Bad.

Poor water pressure in showers. Windows need attention. It was advertised as “beachfront” but was nowhere near the beach. At least 10 min drive
