Beautiful home situated practically on the rocks, with stunning views of the ocean and beaches in the distance. The photos don’t do this property justice.
I loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves which can be heard 24/7. They have security beams around the property if you’re concerned about safety.
All bedrooms have sea views/ Mountain View’s.
There’s a smart tv with all streaming apps. And the WiFi is great.
Excellent showers - The hot water was fantastic.
The kitchen is FULLY equipped.
Our stay was over a weekend - we had no noise from anyone or anything. Just the beautiful surrounds of nature.
Lots of folks talking about the steep driveway. Yes - it is. I drive a crossover SUV. And felt like it just made it. But you’ll manage. It’s worth everything else.

Everything was stunning
Our bedroom window downstairs could not close, so we struggled to sleep. No double glazing on windows which made it difficult to sleep.

Our Easter weekend stay was nothing short of exceptional. The location and views are the standout features of this property, offering a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.
What we loved:
The Wildlife: We were incredibly lucky to be greeted by a family of Cape Clawless Otters upon our arrival—a truly magical start to the trip.
The Atmosphere: The area is wonderfully uncrowded and relaxing. It feels like a private escape, yet it’s still conveniently close to Cape Point, Kommetjie, and surrounding areas if you want to explore.
Things to note:
The only "challenge" worth mentioning is the driveway. It is quite narrow and requires a bit of precision. My vehicle is 1886mm wide, and there were moments where it felt like there was barely an inch to spare!
Pro-tip for future guests:
1. Ensure you are a confident and experienced driver before tackling it.
2. If you have an automatic transmission, it definitely makes the steep pull-out much easier!

Most beautiful sea view house ever. Property right on the rocks. Kitchen to braai to sunset views allowed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors downstairs. Big windows and an open patio on the top floor, where the two main bedrooms are. Unspoiled view. The overwhelming sound of crashing waves was spectacular, especially at night. Unforgettable venue.
The very steep and narrow road from the Main road down to the house felt unsafe. I am sure though that it will be improved when the building of the house next door is done. As it stands, it limits your vehicle choice.
A few rusted locks and hinges need attention.
Some kitchen utensils could be upgraded.
But all of these issues were completely obliterated by the most fantastic atmosphere.
