Incredibly charming house with lovely details. The bathrooms in each room were great. The house manager Eddie was responsive and helpful. Location was excellent and close to everything.
Three rooms have A/C, but one room is internal, quite small, and doesn’t have A/C. It does have two fans! Most of the year that is going to be fine, but it was quite hot while we were there and it was uncomfortable to sleep in that room.

The Purple Pearl really is a pearl. Beautifully furnished, it is a blend of original Bo-Kaap charm and loving design. The layout of the two flats gives groups or families the opportunity to come together or retreat as required.
The location is perfect. In the centre of Cape Town, within walking distance of numerous great restaurants and just a few minutes from Camps Bay, Table Mountain or the Waterfront.
Eddie is a real gem too, incredibly helpful and hospitable, he gave us lots of good tips and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is open and friendly. You feel safe and have the feeling that everyone looks out for each other.

proche des commerces, des cafés et restaurants. 25 minutes à pied du waterfront. rue très jolie mais un peu bruyante la nuit. nous étions 6 donc les 2 espaces séparés étaient les bienvenus. très jolie déco, beaucoup de charme. la gentillesse et la disponibilité d eddi pour rendre notre séjour agreable.
repartir mieux la vaisselle entre les 2 apparts éviterait des aller et venues. De vrais rideaux seraient agréables pour s'isoler de dehors ou du salon.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Wege in die City sind extrem kurz und eine Vielzahl von tollen Restaurants und Cafés in Laufweite. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Übergabe durch die gute Seele Eddie hat reibungslos geklappt und er war stets ansprechbar.
