The lift is extremely busy during peak hours, especially around check-in and check-out times. The waiting time can be very long, so if you need to use it during those periods, you really have to plan ahead.

It was okay, it could have been better if certain elements were addressed with due diligence.

The location is great, quite convenient and the room is a great size and has all the amenities one needs for a good stay. The building is very secure.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, though it seemed the room hadn’t been fully refreshed, the pillows were missing covers, and there was a faint scent in the air when we arrived.

Fridge leaking, slipped on the water several times and the Ironing board was broken. Could pay more attention to detail around the amenities provided and the quality. Construction work happening next to property so extremely noisy during the day.

It was overall a good stay.

They don't serve breakfast, which i like actually. I liked the cleanliness of the place, it was cozy and they had switched on the heater for me, which i totally appreciated coz when i arrived, it was cold.

I would have appreciated a blankie to cuddle with on the couch. I also didn't like the fact that there was no chair by the Table, which helps when i need to study or write a report.

It's a no from me.

The kitchen equipment.

It's noisy, the id system is frustrating and cumbersome. There are too many people for such a tiny swimming pool. There is no zone to park without paying while checking in. The lifts are claustrophobic, and the entire building is poorly lit. For the money I would rather stay in a nearby hotel. The staff are a bit aloof and in need of a customer first ethic. The parking bay i was allocated requires a 5-point turing sequence to get in and out of. I for one won't reccomend the place.

The location was perfect, the apartment was comfortable, we have a very nice trip in Cape Town.

The location was just what we expected, safe street, many restaurants, near Waterfront, near Bo-Kaap, ... The calm of the apartment, the facilities was correct, ..

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Parkplatz im dazugehörigen Parkhaus in den unteren Stockwerken, Appartement sehr schön, toller Ausblick . Top Lage zur Waterfront, wir fühlten uns dort wohl und sicher. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Zimmer war ausreichend groß für mehrere Übernachtungen mit mehreren Koffern. Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf Lion‘s Head, Signal Hill und Tafelberg. Haben für 6 Übernachtung auch gleich jeweils 2 Paar Handtücher bekommen. Ein weiterer Tausch hätte gekostet, aber wie gesagt ausreichend. Haben wir am Ende direkt wieder so gebucht.

Auch ein weiteres paar kleiner Handtücher wäre toll gewesen.

As duas cadeiras que estão no quarto devem ser retiradas e colocar uma mesa redonda com duas cadeiras para fazer as refeições, porque aquelas cadeiras ocupam muito espaço e não tem nenhum sentido em estar ali. por outro lado, por 18 dias que ficamos hospedados pelo menos deviam deixar roupas de cama disponíveis para a troca, não faz sentido estar não ter roupas de cama o tempo todo, para trocar. e a desculpa porque tem de ser pago. sinceramente. muito rude de vossa parte.

Le fait que l'immeuble soit sécurisé ainsi que la localisation au cœur de Cape Town ! Le logement est bien équipé et ne manque de rien !

Trop de sécurité.. Tue la sécurité ! Obligation de donner ses empreintes digitales pour accéder au parking et seules celles du conducteur sont enregistrées ! Impossible donc en tant que passager de pouvoir accéder au parking sans la présence du conducteur. Franchement pas très pratique ! Logement pouvant être bruyant (bruits venant de la rue) mais qui est dû à sa localisation en hyper-centre
