Modern built with plenty of daylight in the heart of Cape Town CBD, offering generous views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head on a clear sunny day. It is a private residence based in the upper floors of Pullman Hotel, therefore do expect individuals in and out of the hotels and lifts constantly.
Central location close to Long and Bree St, with shops, dining and bars aplenty.
The kitchen and living room are was somewhat cramped, with no island bar for the kitchen area. There is also seemingly a lack of socket charging points around the property.
Two toilets but one bathroom offers only a bathtub, hence there is only one shower for a property befitting four.
Surrounding area can be somewhat seedy during nightfall.
