Close to the Cape Town Cycle Tour start. Well equipped apartment.

The location was superb. Check-in was simple Facility was clean.
Netflix was not accessible nor DSTv sports channels.(This is not too big an issue though)

Central location for any daytrips around cape town, Comfortable and neat accommodation. There was everything needed for a family of 4. Furnishings and linen etc was high quality.
If you are noise sensitive the bisy city sounds under in the streets might be a problem at night. Cars people. It did not really bother us so much.

Spacious, nicely styled and good facilities
The street/traffic noise was significant. I had to wear ear plugs to have any chance of getting to sleep.
