Was an absolutely fantastic host - readily available, accommodating and friendly. Also very appreciative of the special touches, like chocolates and a bottle of wine on arrival. Enjoyed the location, being very central in Newlands, and there is on site security and parking. Enjoyed the well appointed bathrooms, and was nice to be able to open the balcony sliding door and enjoy the songs of birds etc from the nearby river.

As mature overseas guests, deposit payment on arrival could not be effected by us by phone. We had to rely on
a local relative. We could have easily dealt with this prior to arriving in the country.
Also could not use our US netflix account and had to rely on a local relative.
Very hard master bed - could be solved with a thick mattress topper.
