The property is beautiful and well maintained , clean and the house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It is really cosy. Amazing for a family get away, and it is close to all major tourist attractions.

Good size rooms and swimming pool
No A/C & not enough fans. Very hot on arrival & had to open windows but no mosquito nets so got bitten. Could do with some more stand fans or portable small A/C units to avoid having to open windows. Aside from this, it was annoying to have to follow house rules & have the barracuda cleaning hose in swimming pool which is not necessary & prevents skimmer from doing its job to take leaves off surface of water. Next, the house is well placed if, like us, you want to be in a very quiet & safe area exploring East of CPT but not if you want to be mainly on West eg Camps Bay. Lastly, the house was reasonable value for money but it’s fabric inside & outside is now tired with particular visible mention in kitchen - whereas bathrooms were very modern & clean.

The place is home indeed. From arrival we felt warm welcomed. It was like parents preparing for their kids.

We arrived to yummy rusks, filter coffee, tea, and milk in the fridge. It was so thoughtful. The house was located very centrally and there was plenty of space. It was very secure and at no stage was I concerned about our safety. The kitchen and laundry included everything required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone as a place to stay.
I was happy with everything. The gardener arrived to sweep the outside area and ensure that the braai was clean and the area outside well kept.
