nice view with minor compromises

comfy bed, central location, well-equipped for someone interested in self-catering, nice view, kind host

the view was nice but limited, the pool and the furniture in the room could use some renovation but it wasn´t a big problem to me. What was very disturbing though that the other guests across my apartment were very loud late at night and early in the morning and my window couldn´t be completely closed, had to wake up for them talking/giggling several times. The online prepayment from the EU was also problematic to me, as I had to pay extra for the service fee of the app and it wasn´t even working for days and I had to chase the provider. It took a bit fun out of the whole experience.

Lovely host. Beautifully decorated property with all amenities. Superb view and excellent proximity to shops, restaurants, train station, beach - all less than 5 mins walk. Cleaner / laundry service available if required. Security on site. WiFi available. Sunny balcony and pool area for morning coffee / sundowners. Highly recommend.

Suzette was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. 'Heavenly' doesn't quite do the view justice. Room was very clean, internet excellent and streaming services a lovely plus.

It had a wonderful view and was very good located, very close to shops and the sea and we fell really safe. The personal was amazing, very caring and nice!

We had the most amazing stay. The view is absolutely spectacular, we had mountain views from our bedroom and visiting thr pool area we were graced with the most amazing seaview. We had the small apartment which was most beautiful and so cozy, couldnt have chosen a better room during our trip. The room had everything one needed for self catering, very clean and tidy. We were close to all amenities, most in walking distance, restaurants, beach and so much more. Suzanne was great support at any time super friendly and lovely personality. Thank you for the most awesome stay Suzanne, we will definitely be visiting again and will gladly recommend Heavenly view to all whom is looking for a short or long stay.

I loved the views from our front door to the stairs to the pool, the place was so comfortable the bed was exceptional best sleep. I've had in ages, and the bathtub was to die for I could not get out of it.

Breakfast was not included

I think having coffee/milk/ sugar would be a bonus as there is a kettle and filter machine in the room.. My linen looked faded..Comforter on my bed could be bigger to accommodate the size of the bed.. Bed needs replacing due to spring in the middle of the bed sticking into my back the blanket on the bed was very thin.. No soap to use in the bathroom and I forgot my body wash so that would have been great if that was provided. They have a beautiful Victorian bath but no bubble bath? The fridge is huge and makes a noice at night whilst sleeping so you can't keep any groceries chilled at night as you have to turn it off.. The 2 plate is impractical for cooking due to it being so close to the cuboard so if you were to want to prepare any meals it would be microwave ones. I wouldn't spend loads of time in the unit due to it not having a practical space to sit and relax. The unit needs an upgrade. It was fine for my 2 night's as I was the only one that slept in the room and I mainly used it for business.

Everything. The place is situated close to shops and beach. Literally walking distance. There's a pool with an amazing view of surfers corner, with a braai area next to the pool. Room was fully equipped with a kitchen, and with load shedding we were supplied with a chargeable light. We has a amazing time

The best host!!

The host is a great lovely woman! She is really making it all work, a lot of empathy and understanding. She will help where she can as well the women who works there and helps cleaning has been a star! She even did sent me everyday a message with the load shedding hours which was so helpful. She has a dog and she took him out as my babyboy loves dogs so they could play together! The view is really amazing as the pictures do show.

The first day I was a bit overwhelmed with the way up to the place as I came with Uber and I traveled with my son, stroller and luggage. It's a heavy way up but you get used to it as well. A shared kitchen would have been a great asset to be able to cook and get food ready even tho in the room there were basic assets to use.

Welcoming and helpful host, home away from home accommodation, child friendly environment with high speed Wi-Fi enjoyed by the kids. Fully equipped kitchen for my fussy eaters. Lovely pool and braai area overlooking the beach.
