The location. Not for everyone, but for me yes.
Was cold at night. An extra blanket or so would be good. Was there in winter.

The property was clean.
There is no Sofa in the Room. I don’t like sleeping the whole time. There was a car parked next to the property blocking the gate Vagrants sleeping in front of the gate at night.
