Really close to everything, most of my drives were about 5-15 mins away unless going into Camps Bay/Hout Bay which was about 20/30 mins. Bed was really comfortable and the TV worked well as well as the WiFi. Microwave and fridge in the property too which it made it quick and easy for food. I also liked the security of the property, there was a locked gate before access to the property themselves so I felt safe.
The mattress was stained and there was no fitted sheet on the bed. There was also no wardrobe or storage space so this property is best for a quick short stay. The biggest inconvenience however was the key for the place, it was really difficult to open and lock, would sometimes take about 5 minutes before it worked which was really inconvenient especially when in a rush.

The check-in process was hassle-free.
No WiFi for the first day and no communication, apology or explanation. Had to complain before action was taken. Very rude staff. The accommodation was the worst I have ever stayed at: the bed was clearly old and mattress extremely lumpy and incompatible with the base. The bedding was threadbare, old, worn-out and off-colour (instead of white, the towels seemed off-white and more like rags). The sheets were too small for the mattress, very threadbare and worn out. The pillows were flat and poor quality. The room had no wardrobe or closet. The door lock was hard to open without a few minutes of trial-and-error clearly a badly cut replacement key, the lock mechanism was misaligned to the door frame so you had to jimmy the lock a bit. The sponge for dishwashing was totally threadbare, worn out and dirty, the toilet paper was the cheapest, 1-ply and pulpy-paper type. The surfaces were dirty and the shower had no soap holder bar so there is no where to place your shower gel or soap (other than the floor). The external yard was dirty with cigarette cartoons strewn all over and concrete slab that was dusty. For 800rands per night it was horrifyingly horrible and if I had not used Booking.Com, I would have been able to claim my refund and just leave. Will never use Booking.Com again as it disempowers the traveller.

Nothing very poor not the same with the pictures here poor customer care, it’s a waste of money to not bother I repeat do not bother they don’t even have a wardrobe for clothes so disorganized
The pillow seems like another bedsheet I even had to give my girlfriend mine so she used 2 and it still felt like there were no pillow imagine 1 tissue paper for 4days that’s their rule their bathroom shower sink also blocked no rag to dry your feet after shower

I could smell the weed from outside for 24/7, crazy loud from outside, and the floor was just dark grey which seems like to me it's been dirty for a while. Even after I take a shower my feet got dirty and sticky. There was a guy who says he's there for checking the water leaking. Why the hell would he come to check when there's a customer? and I said I haven't used water then he just walked away after checking inside from the gate. There seemed like there's a party every day for hours right next to the building, which I had to close the curtain well.

Internet works well
The staff are extremely rude even if you are polite to them , intrusive , even one of the staff member named Rasta from what showed up on the chat took my number from their verification WhatsApp and started messaging me on their personal phone calling me and disturbing me trying to reach another guest next door , I have never seen anything as unprofessional as this . The place smells of toilet something wrong with the WC

The fridge and microwave works , some of the cleaners are polite and they come to change the sheets and remove the garbage
The staff just bang the door at any given time , they don’t even knock they bang on the door with their fists as if driving in a nail , the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional especially one lady in the office and another called Rasta at their main office

The accommodation is good however not as presented on the website. It is presented as a hotel. I was very surprised that it was such a small house. However, I liked the creativity by the host i must admit it was innovative. They sent me the code for the gate and the small box combination for where the key was locked. I loved it from a self-service point of view accessing the property, very clean, neat and tidy and value for money.
The location is not so ideal, very narrow streets and not so neat however i can't blame this on the accommodation. Despite this, i will use this place again and i will certainly recommend it to anyone travelling to Cape town

The inside was passable it had everything I needed and it was clean which I was very grateful for. Access to the place was easy and secure, once you get inside it's easy to locate your unit and lockbox.
The only reason I am really down rating the accommodation is the parking. There is literally NO PARKING! I drove up and down the very narrow street for 20minutes waiting for someone to drive off so that I could get a parking. We were 2 cars so my partner had to park a good distance away and walk up the road. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car on the side of the road so we actually ended up leaving and not spending the night. This place would have been perfect had they offered inside parking.
