I went there with my daughter for university orientation week. The advertising is false cos it shows the inside only. Outside it's a train station with trains starting to wake us up at 4:00am. The toilet 🚻 is malfunctioning after flushing the water, and it still comes out, and it makes noise all night. The Fern is dirty with lingering dust. There is a smell in that room, we checked every cabinet, the smell is terrible. The couches has stains on them. We checked out the day before and found a better place. No carpets in the bathroom and toilet. Very poor rating for Capetown this one...
