Small but effective

Very central situated. Nice security. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need.

The bathroom shower and door were broken. No dedicated smoking areas. Southaven to fo through 2 security gates and stand by the street.

In a nut shall my stay was nice I will be differently booking it again and will travel with my partner this time around.

The property was intimate which was perfect for me as I was travelling alone. The shops are close by which was very convenient and the stuff was friendly.

It seemed as if there was no cleaning made on a daily basis cause when I read the description and details of the property it stated that there will be daily cleaning which there was non.

Location is very convenient, shops close by and easily accessible public and private transportation, there are malls and restaurants close by and apartments are safe and secure.

Maybe installation of an Aircon in the rooms would be great for hot days in CPT.

How clean our room was

The fact that they could see inside the room due to the door being rotten. Our door was broken. We spent 2 nights the room services never came to clean it and changed beddings...also we were told in the late afternoon to turn our volume...also there was no fans or airrcons

Great, Cheap Apartment for solo travellers...

The location was perfect for a solo travller, the vars, restaurants, and shops all being close by made it easy to spend time in and around the local area. There is everything you need just around the corner from the accomodation.

We had 2 separate bookings, the day we arrived we immediately checked out. This place is ideal for others just now us. However James was kind enough to give us a refund for the 2nd nights stay.

The location, safe and quiet neighbourhood. The housekeeping staff and James were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept clean throughout our stay.

They can do better

The ladies are very loud and they also play loud music not considering I was sleeping, it was during the day. They sit infront of the rooms and start chatting , laughing out loud they really don’t respect clients , I couldn’t believe this. Hospitality skills are needed

The location is central if you need to be near UCT or the Baxter theatre. Rooms are neat and tidy, staff friendly

Accommodation does not have parking facilities and the safety of your vehicle is not guaranteed as you would need to park on the street. There was no extra blanket available in the room and it was cold.

The place was way smaller than expected and there was a strong smell of bleach or cleaning supplies which made it really hard to breathe in the room and we had to have our door opened half the time as there was no window on the bed side of the room only a small one in the bathroom.

The location was great it's near to shopping center and fast-food place, was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and big didn't except that but it was a bonus

It could be better

It was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It happened that I dropped my earpod and it rolled under the bed - it was so filthy under there. Also I wanted to use a fan that was supplied, it was in the wardrobe, the fan was so dirty and sticky, also the cupboard where it was, hasn't been cleaned in a while. I'd rather not share photos since they're of the unpleasantness of the place, under the bed etc.
