It was disappointing, not clean and unprofessionally managed.

I arrived and someone opened the security gate, not very enthusiastically. She also did not appear very decently dressed. I was told that I had to phone her when returning (after going out) to open the door for me to the establishment. I.e. I couldn't get access to the property by myself. The room was very basic. Low quality bedding and appliances. the bathroom was disgusting. I couldn't dare to take a shower (no shower door or curtain rail). It smelled bad in the whole of the property. Yes I understand it is more affordable than other options but if you want to take people's money for staying at your establishment you need to up your game. R500 is still R500! I did not stay over at this establishment and it cost me to drive back to Paarl after my work function. I would never recommend this to anyone

We got in property room we selected as we saw all pictures was taken and they took us to very cave i can’t call that a room has no condition was like where they keep maintenance cleaning Staff has no condition for people, we refused to stay , we were taken to Belleville 28km away from the City , we booked to stay 2 km away , we spent few hrs and we left , i am requesting my money back as this was not cancelation , Accomodation didnt have condition to accomodate my family, i urgently need refund.

Room they called room Was cave i entered for 1 min only , alot of mosquitos, very bad smell, not room at all!!!!

I stayed because I had no choice and I already paid. So I stayed.

The place was clean.

The shared bathroom. I was put in a small room. That room is not the one I booked. My room said private bathroom but I was moved in a smallest room in that house. Rooms have no refrigerator or kettle like mentioned. No complimentary coffee. My room had only a bed TV and a bookshelf.

I ended not staying left within 2 hours after I arrived

The Shower and the bath were nice even thought I only used the shower.

Friendlier staff. Offer and explain what the facility has to offer. Show client around the premises. If client want to go in out as not settled in yet be welcoming to open and close or offer key to client. Staff were mostly on there mobile devices and I felt like I was nuisance.
