No worth the my money

The property was located close to family and shops which was useful

On the second night I went out with friends for drink while we were sleeping someone broke in and stole their TV my work computer and and my child’s phone. On the same day I filed a report I thought the police will come the same day to do finger prints and nothing. The owner texted me the following day that the police will be there the Saturday days after the incident which I found it strange. Why would the police not come the following day. The trip I felt that we were being watched , I had a lobola event that Saturday and my husband family were their preparing for the day , they were happy and voices were louder than usual I was sent a text that we were making noise. I did not know that the place we booked would have other renting tenants as I had booked a bnb house. No other appointments were made for our statements they just kept quiet and I left them to that. No TV was replace maybe to punish us. If they wanted us to buy the TV they should have said then we would have replace it. The fact that they said they had security and would check the cameras in the surrounding area nothing came about that. We were treated as suspects rather than victims. I lost more that stay and we felt unsafe the entire stay. We would sleep with the TV unit against the door because we were afraid of what would happen. I wanted to extend my stay as I was there till the 6 of March but I booked somewhere else as you can see on my booking.com profile.

Overall, our stay was not too bad.

Good value for money. The staff were very helpful and polite. The place was clean. Safe parking for our vehicle. The lounge & outdoor area was a nice touch to unwind after a long day of activities.

Unfortunately the beds were not up to standard, very squeaky and uncomfortable, really unpleasant to sleep on. Though we had hot water with good water pressure, the shower head needs to be fixed for better convenience.
