I loved the fact that the staff was very friendly from the first day till the last day. We were allocated a very small room at first but we requested to change, the lady that was assisting us was very flexible we managed to get a bigger room. They were fine with us using the Kitchen and their pots it was such a pleasant stay, I would definitely book the hotel again.
I didn't like the fact that they do not have heaters in their bedroom/ electric blankets it is cold now that its winter. Also they need to have wardrobe we can’t keep our clothes on the suitcase throughout.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They allowed us an early check in and the apartment was very clean. We also forgot a pair of shoes and they kindly sent it back to us without any complications. I’m definitely booking again.
