Very spacious, airy, clean, and warm! The bed is super comfortable. The view from the bedroom windows is stunning!
The gate to the apartment is tricky to open and close. The coffee was not good.

There was a breakdown of communication with the checking in process.
We were in communication via WhatsApp with a lady that was to check in. The check in was at 3pm and we had told her that we were on our way. But when we got there, she wasn't there nor did she answer our phone calls.
We then reached out to their office with an Italian international number. The gentleman informed me that the lady said that I cancelled and rescheduled the check in for the next day.
I then informed him that that request wasn't from me/us but he literally said that I was lying and that he had files of our recorded conversation with the check in lady 'Shantle'.
I was shocked and upset but I also forwarded him screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation as it was on text. He then sent me a screenshot of the rescheling request but on the email/message it was clear that the request was from another client (different name).
But this guy still insisted that it was coming from me.
At that point in was almost 2 hours of us waiting to check in. I had to swallow my anger and allow him to assist us with a digital check in.
Honestly, we should've just been directed to thr digital check in from the onset to avoid all this mental stress.
