Kape Loft

The property has a cosy bachelor-style feel and is well equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having access to the washing machine, as it made it easy to pack light and keep my clothes fresh during my visit. The heater was also a great addition and kept the unit warm and comfortable during the cold weather. Although there were no extra blankets provided, the heater ensured that this was not an issue. Overall, the property offered good value for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The only aspect I found challenging was that the bathroom is located downstairs, as I tend to use the bathroom several times during the night. I also found the shower cubicle to be quite compact. Guests who are taller or have a larger build may find the 900 × 900 mm space somewhat restrictive. A slightly larger shower, perhaps around 1 m × 1 m, would provide a more comfortable experience.

Great location and the apartment is very nice! Very nice area!

There was a breakdown of communication with the checking in process. We were in communication via WhatsApp with a lady that was to check in. The check in was at 3pm and we had told her that we were on our way. But when we got there, she wasn't there nor did she answer our phone calls. We then reached out to their office with an Italian international number. The gentleman informed me that the lady said that I cancelled and rescheduled the check in for the next day. I then informed him that that request wasn't from me/us but he literally said that I was lying and that he had files of our recorded conversation with the check in lady 'Shantle'. I was shocked and upset but I also forwarded him screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation as it was on text. He then sent me a screenshot of the rescheling request but on the email/message it was clear that the request was from another client (different name). But this guy still insisted that it was coming from me. At that point in was almost 2 hours of us waiting to check in. I had to swallow my anger and allow him to assist us with a digital check in. Honestly, we should've just been directed to thr digital check in from the onset to avoid all this mental stress.
