It was super clean
Wifi was fast and quick
The big lift was not working and were forced to use an overcrowded small lift.
Wifi was only available at the lounge and not available in the rooms.

the facilities was great it had everything you would need the pool and chill area was so nice and having the spar just down stairs not even out the building was so handy we did not even need to leave the property. The apartment we stayed in was cute and very home like and had everything you would need hairdryer, vacuum even an ironing board which was nice.
we had trouble getting into the apartment the door kept getting jammed and needed a special trick to open it with the key. It took almost an hour for me to get it to work and when i message the person that was supposed to help us check in there was no answer i had to travel back down to reception with my kids in toe to get someone to help and still no one came when i finally tried doing it again and pulling on the door to open it.

The beds and the living room were clean and tidy.
The windows were very dirty and pictures were a bit deceiving on what we were receiving. There was no hanging rack in the one room and only 3 hangers for a total of 4 guests. Also only two sets of cups and glasses for four. There was also only one plug point in the one bedroom where the other was four. There was poor ventilation where the fan wasn’t enough to sort it out. The lighting in the bathroom was poor as well as the light switch for the hall way being in the main bedroom. Overall a little disappointed in the experience.
