It was super clean Wifi was fast and quick

The big lift was not working and were forced to use an overcrowded small lift. Wifi was only available at the lounge and not available in the rooms.

wex bad service

nothing as I don't get any clarification from the team about my deposit money, it's been a full month full from my booking with them even today I'm the one who is contacting them, no one cares about checking why I'm not receiving back my money

the fact that the shower is not having a bund wall now when you bath, you must try to control the water not to get out of the bathroom

it was enjoyable & cozy but based on the other apartments i stayed in in WEX id rate it low

the facilities was great it had everything you would need the pool and chill area was so nice and having the spar just down stairs not even out the building was so handy we did not even need to leave the property. The apartment we stayed in was cute and very home like and had everything you would need hairdryer, vacuum even an ironing board which was nice.

we had trouble getting into the apartment the door kept getting jammed and needed a special trick to open it with the key. It took almost an hour for me to get it to work and when i message the person that was supposed to help us check in there was no answer i had to travel back down to reception with my kids in toe to get someone to help and still no one came when i finally tried doing it again and pulling on the door to open it.

Overall we were all a little disappointed on the apartment

The beds and the living room were clean and tidy.

The windows were very dirty and pictures were a bit deceiving on what we were receiving. There was no hanging rack in the one room and only 3 hangers for a total of 4 guests. Also only two sets of cups and glasses for four. There was also only one plug point in the one bedroom where the other was four. There was poor ventilation where the fan wasn’t enough to sort it out. The lighting in the bathroom was poor as well as the light switch for the hall way being in the main bedroom. Overall a little disappointed in the experience.

It was good but there was a few concerning things

The accommodation is big and spacious Clean Design is beautiful

That i thought I was going to meet up with the lady that runs it , to give the deposit and walk through the Apartment with as she explained -but did not show up Wish there was another parking space as we were only provided with one , my friend had to park her car outside the hotel in the streets that looks dodgy More toilet paper and clean towels should be provided I wish there was a small washing line to hang wet towels or clothing or maybe a washing machine

the apartment was clean on arrival but it was not cleaned for 2 nights

rubbish bin not taken out and the water from the bathroom was dripping to the toilet making the whole place smelly because the towel on the floor was always wet. The bed was forever moving and one leg looked broken.The table was also small for a family of 5

We loved that the pool area was open later especially with these hot days we had. Family enjoyed the quietness and being close to other activities.

That the one fan was working somewhat and the other fan was broken. Needed to use the fans as it was extremely hot at night.
