Location was very nice and quiet. Close to fast food restaurants as well as a grocery store.

Location, size & secure.
(1) Infested with cockroaches especially inside fridge
(2) black mildew on inside of fridge door
(3) Showers in both bathrooms leaked lots of water onto floor when used
(4) Dirt-caked mugs amongst clean cups in cupboard
(5) Burn marks across kitchen & lounge wooden floors
(6) couch torn
