NOTHING!!!
THE GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE UNPROFESSIONALLY.
WHEN MY GUYS ARRIVED, THEY WANTED AN ADDITIONAL R750 HOLDING FEE WHICH WASNT ADVISED WHEN I BOOKED AND THEY DIDNT HAVE CASH ON THEM.
SO WE ENDED UP BOOKING ELSEWHERE!!!

What did we like? The bathroom is modern, and the shower was nice, but even that didn't have good drainage so you stand in a few inches of water.
We didn't like that it was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED.
It was one bedroom, with another bed in the lounge. NOT TWO BEDROOMS, as advertised.
They must have a few units and use the same photos for all of them, as it had a similar look but not the same layout as in the photos. It was smaller, with no space in the kitchen.
Limited cutlery and crockery (for 3 people) e.g. only two dinner plates, one tall glass, two tablespoons and no teaspoons. And then a glass jug that's handle was broken off?
But NO bin!? Except a tiny bathroom one that's lid was broken. No ensuite bathroom. No WiFi in the flat.
The couch in the lounge was BROKEN.
The double bed in the lounge just had a duvet slip on it, no inner. The inner that was in the cupboard was for a single bed?? Said cupboard had a missing handle. Only one pillow per person. The walls were dirty, clearly no upkeep in this flat.
This was reported to the owner, who was too high to care, and who's response was, "Is there not another bed there"... Yes, just not another room, which is what we paid for/was advertised.
Booking.com at least tried to assist, and gave a 15% refund. I hope they will follow up on this property as it was poor and gives Booking.com a bad name.

It was misleading,it was advertised as a family suite with 2 bedrooms in the apartment but it was not. It was just a double bed next in an open plan. It was terrible and such a huge inconvenience that another arrangement had to be done last minute. I would seriously caution anyone.

I didn't like everything. I waited 1hr to be given key apartment despite sending a message prior for my arrival time notifying that I will arrive in 30minutes time. But to wait 1hr

The worst case : allocated a studio apartment when I've booked two bedroom apartment.
When I lodge a telephonic complaint the lady hang up on me while expressing my complaint.
That is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Poor customer care.
Television not working due to no internet connection whole 7 days.
I reported the matter from day 1 but management failed to attend the matter.
Poor management who made my stay so miserable and not enjoy Cape Town.
I asked extra blanket on a cold night but never ever been given. A simple thing, extra blanket
NB : I was promised an update regarding the complaints but zero feedback.
NB : Let nobody book Family suite Woodstock apartment to avoid disappointment.
I demand re compensation for all inconvenience caused from poor management from Family suite Woodstock.

Nothing! I booked and paid for a two-bedroom apartment, which was actually a one-bedroom apartment upon arrival.
After calling the contact number on my booking form 061 465 0656, the gentleman mentioned that the one-bedroom apartment was all that was left, I was livid that he did not have any courtesy to confirm this with me before taking my money and mentioned this to him too.
Lucy and her baby had to wait for more than 2 hours at reception to get access to her supposed to be a two-bedroom apartment, and this is too totally unacceptable.
Unfortunately, Lucy had nowhere to go as she is a business foreign national, and she had no choice but to stay due to long flights and her baby being with her too, with this being said I am unhappy about the etiquette, irresponsible, unethical and extremely bad service!

Location of the property is dodgy
I was made to pay R150 for parking which was not mentioned when I booked, it was said parking is available coz that is one of the most important things i look for when booking.
When I checked in I was made to wait an hour, I feel I was robbed coz that is the time I paid for.
Only to find after the waiting the rooms we appalling, DIRTY, BEDS NOT MADE, NO FRESH LINEN, DIRTY LINEN STACKED AT THE CORNERS OF BEDS, KITCHEN UTENSILS AND COOKWARE DIRTY LOOKING LIKE THEY WERENT WASHED FOR MONTHS.
I was very disappointed shame.

I had to call in inorder for my reservation to be confirmed which I paid last month for but I must say the guy who works there whose name is Llyod he definitely deserves a raise or a promotion he sorted out everything for me his a great guy

The place seems newly renovated. It was very clean and neat.
The area is not very safe. You can’t park outside and is forced to pay R200 p/day extra for parking. The host didn’t respond to my queries. Apartment was not what was promised on line.

Everything! It was cosy and neat. We really enjoyed ourselves by the pool and braai area. Our host was amazing, super accommodating and friendly
