It was a nice place, however their attendance to their WhatsApp line was very poor.

Great location at the beach front.

One of the rooms had water coming from the floor board and it had a really bad smell. They didn’t send maintenance staff even after being made aware of the problem.

Due to the location we got to see a different side to Cape Town. Family enjoyed their stay and cold swim n the sea.

Spacious and worked well for our family of 5. Felt safe. Lovely views in Table mountain.

It was further out from the Cape Town Waterfront than expected. Quite a bit of water damage on cabinets but well furnished and comfortable.

The location was great.

The description mentioned private pool but there was no private pool. The apartment was very dated. There was mould on the second bedroom curtains, and no controls for the second bedroom air conditioning. There was a lot of mould in the ensuite shower. Some of the furniture within the apartment was damaged. The patio furniture had seen better days. The front door to the apartment did not feel very secure. It took two days to get the right wifi password as there was no instructions. The tv didnt work.

The place is tranquil. And promises to be a good rest .Propr- Property manager HUGE letdown

The worst luxury property manager/agent experience. Terrible check in process. Was advised to check in at 5pm. Cleaning lady also 'forgot' to leave keys. So only accessed property 6.30pm with young kids. No communication from Propr-was assisted by kind security in estate. Under resourced -:insufficient cleaning utensils, refuse bags, Kitchen amenities. Main TV and main bedroom fixed 2 days after check in. This experience at the start could potentially ruin a good family holiday.

Easy to find Location is ok, not too far from everything and safe. Ocean facing which was a great view. CAn hear the ocean from the apartment.

No wifi. Messaged the property management number several time, no help. And the general mobile data was also poor, we had to leave the apartment to make any calls. No help from prop management. Tv's were not working. Getting access on arrival was difficult as the security had to keep calling for access code

Could be so much better

Position

The unit is tired. A musty smell permeates the apartment. Cabinets in the bathrooms are seriously water damaged. The flooring is badly worn. The TVs are not smart so we were unable to watch local TV. They do state DSTV not available. They don’t state it isn’t available because the TV’s are so old. Other inconveniences too. Overall a destination that could be so much better but fails to deliver

Beautiful apartment a walk to the beach, big garden for the kids to play, and a walk to the shops

Overall stay and property rating was great however I was a little disappointed with the below: They did not provide a kitchen towels, we called to ask for one, they promised to bring one and never did we ended up buying our own. I requested additional service in advance for a house cleaner to change our linen on the 4th day, and was promised one but never came.

A little far away from city center. During rush hour takes too long to reach home. Host requested a security deposit of ZAR 3000, which was not requested in our previous stay and is quite unusual.

Unforgettable

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean, safe, and had one of the best sunset views. The staff were super responsive and helpful with all my questions. Also, the hotel restaurant serves really delicious food. Highly recommended!

It would be great to include the phone numbers of restaurants and grocery stores that offer delivery in the area.

Great place overall, needs better management

The apartment itself is beautiful, nicely furnished, and the kitchen is kitted out well. The location is pristine, on the ground floor with a nice garden for taking walks and watching the sunset, close to the beach, one of our favourite restaurants on site, and close to Table Bay restaurants. Blouberg beach, Big Bay, etc, down the road. Loved the beach, and we enjoyed watching the kite surfers.

-The washing machine doesn't work, hasn't been for some time apparently, which was very disappointing as we travelled with young children and needed to do laundry -There has to be a proper solid partition/door between the main bedroom and the en suite bathroom, there is no privacy there at all - A private pool is advertised, but the swimming pool is at Dolphin Beach hotel, not at the apartment - Communication with the managing agents leaves a lot to be desired, there is no consistency or continuity. There is no other contact besides the office number, and the WhatsApp number only takes messages and no phone calls. They were kind enough to offer us a refund as restitution for the challenges we experienced during our stay.

Checking in- and communication with management team once on site. We got stuck with a not working washing machine, and had to pay for laundry everyday for a family of 6. Was not offered an alternative.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The view from the place is AMAZING!! All rooms are excellent, wifi works fine, the security is awesome and always there. They are very friendly too. We were a group of 5, and we all loved the place so much!! hopefully we can back back here again :D

The proximity to the beach. The way we were made to feel like it was our home. The area was safe and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay in a comfortable place waking up every morning with a beautiful view of the beach. I like the fact that it was so quiet.

The location was central to where we were going. The views were breath taking The beds were big, spacious and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

Loadshedding was a nightmare, maybe if you can invest in solar power, it would really make that place everyone's go to place. Otherwise everything else was 100%

We were not told that the apartment will not be cleaned for the whole weekend. The coffee, sugar, shampoo and shower gel was supplied for 1 day only. The towels were for 2 days only yet we stayed for the weekend.
