Large open-plan New York Style Loft Apartment with direct lift access situated in the heart of Cape Town's inner city. This 6th floor 250m² apartment is an ideal space for avid travellers looking to be right inside the hustle and bustle of Cape Town's renowned multi-cultural city living.
Amenities include Wifi, Air-conditioning as well as a Pool Table.

Welcome to your City Centre home - a creative's dream space which is well-equipped, offering a large open plan living space of wooden floors set across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for travelers who really want to live in the heart of Cape Town's City Centre.
The spacious open plan living area boasts with a large six seater dinning table, perfect for enjoying meals together as a group; or the ideal space for business meetings. The main feature in the living area has to be the Pool Table, an excellent leisure activity when travelling in groups, be it for business or pleasure!
The kitchen is well-equipped for those wanting to cook but with so many great restaurant options nearby this will probably not be necessary.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious, the Main Bedroom boasting with a King bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom and an Air-conditioning unit. The additional guest bedrooms are both equipped with Queen beds.
The listing offers paid street parking only, however there is a secure paid parking garage located around the corner - a 2 min walk to the apartment building.

Other things to note
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning and/or linen upon request and at an additional cost if required.

Please take note that the apartment is located on a pedestrianised street. Uber/Taxi drop-offs are made a short walk from the apartment foyer entrance.

Apartment was great, pictures were accurate, miscommunication about our check in time, area outside after dark is a little shaky, during the day is fine.
